What this site stores, in plain terms.
This page describes the actual behaviour of this website today. It is not a statement of certification, and it does not claim any security standard we have not been audited against.
01Collected
One form, four fields.
The only place this website collects information is the early access form. It stores the work email and shop name you enter, plus the optional shop type and note. Nothing else on the site collects data about you.

- Work you doOptional, and it helps us judge fit.
- NoteOptional free text you choose to send.
Requests are stored in a hosted database used only by this site. Submissions can be created from the form but cannot be read back through the website by anyone visiting it.
02Not collected
What we do not run.
- No analytics or measurement scripts.
- No advertising or conversion pixels.
- No third-party embeds, chat widgets or session recording.
- No cookies set by this website for tracking.
- No accounts, passwords or logins on this site.
- No sale or sharing of your details with anyone.
Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads. Standard server logs are also produced by our hosting provider.
03Retention
Keeping and removing.
We keep early access requests while we are still building toward a release and while a conversation with you is live or plausible. If you ask us to delete your request, we delete the record rather than mark it inactive.
To have your details removed, email privacy@takta.software from the address you submitted, or tell us the shop name. You can also ask what we hold for you.
