Privacy notice
Short, because this website does very little with data. The mechanics are on the data handling page.

Who this covers
This notice covers takta.software and the early access form on it. It does not cover any product application, because there is no Takta application released yet.

What we hold
Only what you submit through the early access form: work email, shop name, and optionally the type of work you do and a free-text note. See the data handling page for the field-by-field detail.

Why we hold it
To reply to your request, to judge whether your shop pattern matches what we are building, and to contact you when there is a release worth trying. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Who else sees it
Our hosting and database provider processes it on our behalf in order to store and serve this site. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it
While we are still building toward a release and while contact with you remains plausible. We delete records on request rather than archiving them.

Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@takta.software and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
Access to submitted requests is limited to the people who need it, and the site is served over HTTPS. We make no claim to any certification, audit or formal security standard, and we will not until one genuinely applies.

Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update this page. Because the product is pre-release, expect this notice to grow as the product does.
