This site describes software in development
Takta is not generally available. Descriptions of behaviour on this site are marked by build state, and items marked specified or later are not commitments to deliver, to a date, or in a particular form.

No offer or contract
Nothing here is an offer to sell, a price quotation, or a commitment to supply. Submitting an early access request does not create an agreement between us, and either side can walk away.

Content and marks
The text, diagrams, layout and the Takta name and mark on this site belong to Takta Software. You may quote or link to the pages; please do not reproduce the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, submit other people's details through the form, or use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may remove submissions that do either.

Accuracy
We keep this site accurate about what exists and what does not, and we correct it when the build state changes. We do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free at any moment.

Liability
This is an informational website. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it, or from it being unavailable.

Changes
These terms will change as the product moves from pre-release to release. The version on this page is the one that applies.
